Ohhh... I´ve just ended in second place in the Everest Poker 300$ satelite to the London EPT. That hurts! I had won my place on this tourney on a 33$ satelite, we were 41 players on the final and there were just one prize. I reached the Heads Up being chiplider, but I couldn´t make it...(What´s up with me and the HU lately???)
By the way, the Heads Up was super interesting, first I was lider, then was he, then me again, then he again, and this goes on over and over... Finally the other guy won, congratulations for him (yes, I mean it!). I made a lot of mistakes, more than in one particular hand, I´m referring to the way I played the Heads Up, I should have pushed a lot more, and being more aggressive. My standard bets preflop were no worth it since he called a pair of times and get his flop, and there goes my advantage...
Here there are the highlights (just a pair of curious hands... take a look to the demential call I made on the first hand on the video (don´t ask me why I did that, because I neither understand why I´ve played that hand like this... It´s terrible!... and I have to say, Ialmost win and then gods of poker decided I have to suffer a little more... ;))
Well, spite of the dissapointment, I´ll be there again on this tourney next monday. There are a lot of satellites, and it´s a tourney with few players, it´s relativily easy to get it, so let´s see!
