How Guardiola motivated his guys

Being motivated, selfconfident, calmed and trusting our own potential is really really important to achieve things. A positive actitude can get a lot of work done. Here is material for more than one article, maybe onether day, today I´m not very talkative

I´m talking today about soccer instead of poker, because I finally get to to see the motivational video that Pep Guardiola made for the players to see before start playing there in Rome. I thought that was a brilliant idea and I read that the players were completelly emotional with the video and they went out to the field to play like if that was the most important thing to do in their lifes. I DO like these motivational staff.

So, before I get sick of everybody talking about "el triplete" (the three cups the Barça won) and I won´t be in the mood again to talk about barça (I´ll always be in a better mood to talk about barça than to talk about real madrid, that´s for sure) i put the video here. I won´t recommend it for Madrid or Chelsea supporters, that could be bad for your heart hihihihi Rest of you, enjoy!!
